Hi Friends, It's good to see you all. Welcome back to " Stable & Scale ". As a developer, on this road path, we will learn a lot. If you want to grow in your IT Career, We should consider certain things. One such thing is Know Your Environment , Every office has its ways of culture & System/Process. First, we need to know the style of works & culture they persuade, then analyse/diagnose it, once done act on it. On the Ways to the diagnosis of Environment, we need to consider a lot of things. One Such thing is How they improve their stand. You may ask why & what I meant to be ?. We are working in an office where everyone like to improve and move to the next level. We can categorise those as three groups, Improve as a team. Move our team to the next level. As individuals. The most intruding ones are Individuals, but I currently preserve First Category.
