Set Goals

Hi Friends, This is Lakshman here.

It's good to see you all.  Welcome back to "Stable & Scale".

As a developer, on this road path, we will learn a lot.

Today we are going to discuss on "Set Goals".

Most of the people may or not think to set goals. But it's essential to set goals.

If we set the goals indicates that we are committed to our goal.

When we are committed to your goals designates that we are going to achieve "Whatever it takes". We need to have that posture to achieve goals.

Once you set the goal, you need to ask yourself :

1. By when WILL you ACHIEVE the goal?
2. What do I need to LEARN?
3. What do I need to BELIEVE?
4. What do I need to DO to ensure I achieve a goal?
5. Get to Works.

When we put on a checklist it easy to assures we will achieve it.

At last "Set it, Work it and Achieve it". Never give up on your goals.
