Think Smart

Hi Friends, This is Lakshman here.

Its been a long time since the last past, But it's good to see you all.  Welcome back to "Stable & Scale".

As a developer, on this road path, we will learn a lot.

Today we are going to discuss on "Think Smart".

At start point of improving skills and performance.  We will focus on work hard to learn it.

But we don't think to move smart and learn it.

As a developer, everyone needs to have smart ways to accomplish the task when you all lot of works in the queue.

Each smart worker requires having as below
1. Analysis.
2. Planning.
3. Execution.

One of the example, your manager have allocated you to update the app with few modules. Every smart worker will think when we completed one big task will accomplish a lot of little tasks.

On my personal experience. To upgrade an app our estimated time is 20 man-days. I have completed the upgrade within 12 man-days.

So before starting the work keep these things on the mind.

Keep Learning, Explore New Skills, Enjoy your life.
