On among person many of them do not share their knowledge with others.  Most people create the dependency on them.

A smart developer used to avoid the dependency always on or over the project where he works in it.

On sharing their knowledge, it makes works easy.

Benefits of sharing knowledge will lead to learning a lot of things.

So keep on sharing will that makes other to share their knowledge with you.

Not only on knowledge share your ideas that create the feedback on it.

So keep sharing your thoughts and grove.

So before starting the work keep these things on the mind.

Keep Learning, Explore New Skills, Enjoy your life.
