Avoid Comfort Zone

As a developer, on this road path, we will learn a lot.

Today we are going to discuss "Avoid Comfort Zone".

To grow in our IT Career, we need to build habits.

One such habit is Avoid Comfort Zone,

When you start a new project or product, every developer uses their comfortable stack for development even though it's not a perfect suite.

They have the mindset or habit to stuck on the same stack for all their application.

It indicates that there are not open to change & wanted to be in their comfort zone.

One of My Mentor says, "If you stay in your comfort zone, you won't learn anything".

Let me share with you my occasion as a small story,

"We have many teams, but all are efficient on Only .Net Stack Development.

One day, we got the lead from one of my clients on Cloud-Native Development with .NET Core, Angular, SigalR, etc.,

Our all teams don't want to get out of their comfort zone, but one said we take it and finish it.

As he said, we completed the project and learned a lot with new technologies."

The moral of the story is when you step out of your comfort zone. We can see it as our opportunity to grow further.

Keep Learning, Explore New Skills, Enjoy your life.
