Be Adamant

Hi Friends, This is Lakshman here.

It's good to see you all. Welcome back to "Stable & Scale".

As a developer, on this road path, we will learn a lot.

If you want to grow in your IT Career, We should consider certain things.

One such thing is Be Adamant,

By the Way, I want you to be adamant with your works and commitment.

You may ask me, Why do we need to be Adamant with Works?

If you are not adamant about our works, you cannot complete it.

If you are adamant about your works, We have the guts to say that I have important work. Kindly check with Others.

Let me tell you a small story,

I had one project which needs to be complete within two weeks.

My team is very transparent, so everyone knows what I am doing and how critical that project is.

My team did not interfere with my works, but others tried to interfere with me in that initial stage of the project.

The most precious day of the project is the initial stage because it is where all your base setup & feasibility started.

After One Week, I have completed only 40% instead of 60% works per our plan.

Whatever happened, we can't change it, so I focused on the upcoming week.

So I had a plan, go to a separate room to work where no one will interfere with me.

Even When someone does plan to say, "I have some important work to do, don't interfere in my works for a week."

After saying to two to three, no one had interfered with my works. Then we have completed the project successfully.

The moral of the story is When you are adamant with works & commitment, which help you achieve it.

Keep Learning, Explore New Skills, Enjoy your life.
