Follow Process

Hi Friends,

It's good to see you all. Welcome back to "Stable & Scale".

As a developer, on this road path, we will learn a lot.

If you want to grow in your IT Career, We should consider certain things.

One such thing is Follow Process,

You may ask why & how its need ?.

It's essential to your career growth.

When we are working on a project or product, So we need to choose methodology includes,

  • Waterfall
  • FDD
  • Agile
  • Scrum
  • XP
  • Lean

But each methodology has its pros & cons, but the main thing is we need to follow by strict else we won't meet your targets.

For example,

When the Project first comes, we do our feasibility, then UX, UI, develop, test and release. If we are not followed the steps or skip the steps, we won't see the full potential of the Product or Project.

So do flow the process as strict.
