Handling Priority

Hi Friends, This is Lakshman here.

It's good to see you all. Welcome back to "Stable & Scale".

As a developer, on this road path, we will learn a lot.

Today we are going to discuss "Handling Priority".

If you want to grow in your IT Career, We should consider certain things.

One such thing is Handling Work Priority,

You may ask why & how its need ?.

Let me share my experience as a small story,

"One of the people left the office, So my manager asked me to handle a lot of projects.

In that, two clients have provided a feature in their respective projects.

In the IT, there will be a person as Single Point of Contact per Client.

My Good luck both clients were handled by same person.

So what I have done is shifted the responsibility to that person to set the priority.

Meanwhile, I was relaxed and waited for their decision.

The moral of the story is when you need to work on things, shift the responsibility of set priority to Concern Person & relax.
