Good Listener

Hi Friends,

It's good to see you all. Welcome back to "Stable & Scale".

As a developer, on this road path, we will learn a lot.

If you want to grow in your IT Career, We should consider certain things.

One such thing is Good Listener,

It's essential in our career growth.

There are places where you need to be a good listener, especially in any Meeting as below,

  • Team Meeting.
  • With stakeholders.
  • Director & CTO's, etc.,

You may ask why its need?

To be a good developer, you need listing skills to learn.

Let me tell something that my mentor said,

When you are in the meeting, you need to listen to everyone and wait for at least 3-half of the meeting time then, start the talk.

When you listen first, you know when and what to talk about it.

So Keep Listening & Learn a Lot.
