It's good to see you all. Welcome back to "Stable & Scale".

As a developer, on this road path, we will learn a lot.

If you want to grow in your IT Career, We should consider certain things.

One such thing is Share Credits,

You may ask why & how its need ?.

Let me share my experience as a small story,

"I have a team that is so energetic and more creative in the works.

They have completed the app, which is ready for Store.

When I enter that team, they already completed the app. Only pending is put it on Store.

So, I started the process and educated the flow.

After the app is published, my management team congrats me on that success.

After, That What is did is provided with the entire credits to my team, who completed the app.

With that, your team bonding is increased better, and we are on the way to complete another app."

The moral of the story is when you share credits which build work culture.

The Real Why is,

  • Helps Teams Building.
  • Create a Work Culture.
  • Enjoy the Work.
  • Good Learning Curve and a lot.

So Share Credit whenever possible.

Keep Learning, Explore New Skills, Enjoy your life.
