One such thing is Mentorship Matters,

Every developer will have a lot of things to learn to scale your career.

Who will teach you those skills and techniques, its none other than Mentors?

For you to have a successful developer, everyone requires a lot of Mentors. Based on the skills and technique.

I believe great mentors are the key to scaling your career. To find a mentor, you need to have a mentor mindset in the first place.

We need to do certain things first,

  • Listening
  • Patience
  • Passion
  • Motivation

To be great, these are required.

Mentors are the one who guides you in throw right ways in your career.

Each mentor can teach certain things,

  • Skills.
  • Moves
  • Techniques
  • etc.,

We need to choose the right mentor to be successful.

By the Way, I have got great mentors for my growth. Some The things I learned are,

  • Learn Front-End.
  • Sharing Knowledge.
  • Patience
  • Handle Works and more.

My First Mentors was my Parents.

So Always Mentorship Matters in your life to grow your career. If you already have it, you need to be thankful to them.

There are places where you need to be a good listener, especially in any Meeting as below, Team Meeting. With stakeholders. Director & CTO's, etc., You may ask why its need? To be a good developer, you need listing skills to learn. Let me tell something that my mentor said, When you are in the meeting, you need to listen to everyone and wait for at least 3-half of the meeting time then, start the talk.
