Hi, I am Lakshman, Solution Architect Practioner, Blogger, Youtuber & this Blog writer.

I believe you want to be a phoenix rather than a unicorn to evolve in your career.

Let me tell you a story,

"A Person who is an Architect of a very repetitive company in early 20's.

Technologies they know were .net framework, jquery, MVC, etc.,.

One day, there was a boom in the front-end framework.

Its feature are loads pages faster, easy to use, and helps with development.

do you know why people most hesitate to learn or adapt days to learn new technology.

one thing stops them ?.

it's none other than them because they are the ones stopping to do it.

once you break free of it, they will start learning it.

before learning new ones, slash & burn technique used previous and learn new techniques like Pheonix".

The moral of the story is when you adapt to the latest technology.

As tech evolves, The tech industries are trying to adapt to it because they want to be in the race for success.

So "Learn to be a Phoenix" rather than Unicorn.
